• Establish a morning and after school routine that keeps everyone organized and on time.
• Set up a homework station with everything the kids need.
• Encourage the kids to go through their backpacks everyday and remove papers needing attention.
• Purge old home work papers and artwork on a regular basis.  Only keep what you absolutely love!
